RAS是GTPase原癌基因组家族性的的人，收录3个广泛关联的RAS亚型，HRAS,KRAS and NRAS。RAS is a family of GTPase proto-oncogenes, comprising three closely related RAS isoforms:HRAS,KRAS and NRAS.在其他RAS亚型中，KRAS变动率频点是最高的，KRAS变动率通常于胰腺癌，非小细胞肺癌和结人体宫颈癌。KRAS gene is a proto-oncogene that encodes a GTP/GDP-binding protein, that belongs to the GTPase RAS family.KRASdna遗传是数字GTP/GDP配合核蛋清的原癌dna遗传，类属GTPase RAS一家。KRAS核蛋清做为团伙旋钮，在GDP配合的无特异性程序和GTP配合的特异性程序两者循环往复。KRAS核蛋清各实现与GTP和GDP配合，在无特异性团伙和特异性模式两者换算。The KRAS protein acts as molecular switches that cycle between a GDP-bound inactive state and a GTP-bound active state. KRAS protein switches between an inactive to an active form via binding to GTP and GDP respectively。
